living nativity scene Venite adoremus

A few shots of the living nativity scene “Venite adoremus” of the Associazione Capezza at the garden of Istituto Bambin Gesù Gualdo Tadino, in collaboration with the sisters of the institute, with the patronage of the Comune di Gualdo Tadino and the Polo Museale Gualdo Tadino. Inspired by “the adoration of the shepherds” by Domenico Ghirlandaio (1485), in the suggestive space illuminated by torches and fires, a 1485th century view, with the nativity surrounded by characters in traditional costumes. Travellers, shepherds and artisans and crafts of Gualdo’s tradition like the ceramist, the blacksmith the carpenter. For those who were nearby, the last replicas are scheduled for January 5/6.
